Terms of service

01The service

insta.report (“we”, “us”) is operated by Antcep Concepts LLP. The service analyses the public posts of an Instagram account that you choose and produces a written report with figures, charts and recommendations, which you can read online, download as a PDF and share.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

02Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract.
• You need a verified email address. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at instareport.antcep@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

03Acceptable use

The service is for analysing public Instagram accounts only. You agree not to:

• try to analyse private accounts, or get around any limit or protection of the service;
• use the service to harass, stalk, defame or harm any person, or to make decisions that unlawfully affect people;
• resell raw collected data, or use automated tools to run lookups or reports at a volume that burdens the service;
• share a report in a way that misleads others about where its figures come from.

04Credits and payment

The service runs on credits. One credit analyses one Instagram post. New accounts receive free credits when the email address is verified. Credits can be bought in packs or as a custom amount, in US dollars or Indian rupees.

When you start a report, the credits it needs are held. They are used when the report is ready. If a report fails, the held credits are returned to you automatically and nothing is charged. Credits do not expire.

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the seller of record, collects any sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends your receipt. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

05About the reports

• Reports are built from information that is publicly visible on Instagram at the time of collection, without logging in. We cannot see, and do not estimate, private data such as reach, impressions, saves, shares or audience details.
• Figures are calculated by software from the collected posts. Content groupings and the written commentary are produced with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.
• Reports describe an account’s past public activity. They are not investment, legal, financial or business advice, and they do not guarantee any result.

06Your reports and sharing

Your reports are private to your account. A report can be opened by anyone who has its public link only while you keep that link switched on, and you can switch it off at any time. If you email a report to someone, you are responsible for having the right to send it.

You may use a report for your own or your clients’ business purposes. insta.report and its design remain ours.

07Instagram and Meta

insta.report is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. We never ask for, and you should never share, anyone’s Instagram password.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it depends on other providers and can be paused or slow from time to time. When we have to pause new work, nothing is charged and your credits stay safe.

We may improve, change or remove features, and we may change prices for future purchases. Credits you already hold keep their value.

09Our responsibility

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or decisions you make from a report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

10Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at instareport.antcep@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund your unused paid credits.

11Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection that mandatory consumer law in your country gives you.
